Chapter 01
Buying: every purchase goes straight to inventory
Dealer Clerking is the purchase entry system, modeled on the Ring Clerking program that sale barns already run. It records new acquisitions from farms or markets, and every transaction goes into inventory automatically, so nothing is typed twice.
Look up the seller right from the entry screen. Apply "shrink" (weight loss) as needed. Record each purchase by the head, by weight, or by total price, whichever way the deal was actually made.

Reselling from inventory without the spreadsheet
When it is time to sell, select the livestock going to a final buyer and add them to an invoice. The system takes you to the Dealer Resale section, where you pick the buyer quickly from your existing customer database and filter the inventory by species or by any sortable column.
The Dealer Resale page keeps a summary of the animals you selected at the top, and the bottom is for precise weight and price adjustments. Adjust pricing individually, or group animals on a single invoice line.
If an animal was reweighed, type the new figure and the weight updates. Give a group a custom description, and sell by the head or by weight, whichever the buyer wants.
Chapter 03
The back office closes the loop
Print checks for purchases and create and print invoices for your buyers from Dealer Office, and it runs reports on inventory, sales and purchases.
Buy in Dealer Clerking, sell in Dealer Resale, settle up in Dealer Office. The three modules share one inventory, so the numbers you read at the end of the week are the ones you entered on the day.
Setup and training come with the install, and support is 24/7 by telephone and remote access.
